cPanel kurulu sunucunuzda roundcube için aşağıdaki hatayı alıyorsanız ;

DATABASE ERROR: CONNECTION FAILED!

Unable to connect to the database!
Please contact your server-administrator.

Şu komutu ssh'dan yürütün :

/usr/local/cpanel/bin/update-roundcube –force
